Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has announced the launch of Diamond Network Support Services, a premium support service designed to improve the operational efficiency of enterprise networks. With this new service, customers will have a dedicated support engineer (DSE) available to speed up the resolution of network problems and ensure compliance with security regulations.
