Microsoft 365 Copilot brings advanced AI capabilities directly into Microsoft’s everyday work tools. This allows bank employees to perform tasks that require data analysis and information extraction more efficiently and quickly.
Bankinter has been working for a year on a pilot project that integrates Copilot into internal tasks related to data and information extraction and processing.
With Copilot, the applications to the workplace are multiple and range from the simplification of administrative tasks to the generation of analytical insights. This solution results in time savings that can be translated into improved efficiency and applied to the processes of different areas of the bank.
