CGI has completed the purchase of Novatec through its subsidiary CGI Deutschland BV & Co. Kg. Novatec, established in 1996, is a leading company in digital services with operations in Germany and Spain. The company offers a wide range of services, including cloud solutions, agile methodologies, software development and digital strategies.
The integration of the solutions of both companies will allow customers to boost digital innovation using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI).

More than 300 IT specialists and Novatec consulting have joined CGI, operating from eight offices in Germany, especially in Stuttgart and the southwest region, as well as from Granada, Spain.
