Check Point has announced the acquisition of Cyberint Technologies, in order to strengthen the capabilities of Check Point’s Security Operations Center (SOC) and will expand its threat intelligence services offering. In this way, Cyberint’s advanced solutions will be integrated into Check Point Infinity’s collaborative security platform, and will also be available as a managed service for clients.

Founded in 2010, Cyberint has grown rapidly in the sector, with more than 170 employees globally. The company was recognized as ‘2023 Company of the Year’ by Frost & Sullivan in the External Risk Mitigation and Management category. Cyberint specializes in protecting organizations from threats such as credential theft, social media phishing, and fraudulent websites. They offer solutions that enable companies to identify, prioritize and mitigate vulnerabilities in their digital infrastructure, serving a diverse global clientele, including Fortune 500 companies.

“Credential leaks and maliciously designed fake websites are common today and more than 90% of businesses face these threats. This underscores the need for real-time intelligence and proactive defense strategies, which our technology is able to effectively mitigate,” states Yochai Corem, CEO of Cyberint. “The integration of our solutions into the Infinity Platform will improve our protection capabilities. “Together, we will deliver a more comprehensive security SOC offering that covers both internal and external threats.”
