Deveho Consulting Group expands its catalog of extensions for ERP Sage X3 with new functionalities developed from the experience accumulated in projects carried out for its clients. The company incorporates functionalities aimed at automating financial and commercial processes, strengthening payment security and improving operations management in multinational environments
The objective of these extensions is to complement the standard capabilities of Sage
Digitization and optimization of processes
Among the new features, the electronic signature integrated with oodrive Sign stands out, which allows you to send documents to be signed directly from Sage X3 and subsequently store the signed document as part of the operation. The extension thus digitizes a process that usually requires working with tools external to the ERP.
In the commercial field, Deveho incorporates a solution to manage stock flows between different companies, allowing stock to be assigned from one company to another without the need to previously carry out a physical transfer. The extension also automates certain administrative and intercompany billing processes.
Another feature makes it easy to send sales invoices directly from Sage X3 by email, keeping a record of the documents sent and allowing you to configure recipients, messages and copies.
More automation in finance
The company also includes an advanced bank statement import extension, which transforms CFONB files into a rich format to make them easier to exploit in Sage X3 and reduce information loss during the process.
The security of operations with suppliers is another of the areas covered. The RIB and IBAN validation extension establishes an approval circuit for the additions and modifications of supplier bank accounts, while another functionality allows payment notifications to be automatically sent by email once the payment has been made.

The catalog is completed with tools to improve customer complaints, personalize invoices, manage training processes and automatically integrate exchange rates published by different central banks. In the case of training management, the extension allows you to centralize sessions, participants and documentation, in addition to automating communications and certificates. Along these lines, Deveho has developed a standard connector between the Yooz solution and Sage X3, which guarantees a fluid, secure and real-time integration between both solutions. This tool facilitates implementation, reduces the need for custom developments and ensures the reliability of data exchanges.
