E.on has decided to transfer its global human resources operations (HR) to Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). This strategic decision will allow the company to more efficiently manage HR operations of its more than 75,000 employees, improving the experience of workers and optimizing internal processes.

The implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM will allow E.ON to centralize and standardize its HR processes on a single platform.
