Epson has just announced the launch of several solutions focused on the industrial sector in Automatic 2025, the fair for this sector that is being held these days in Munich. These novelties reinforce Epson’s commitment to industrial automation, improvement of efficiency and productivity through advanced interaction between human beings and machines in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics and life sciences.
Among the novelties presented, the Epson Ax6-A901s collaborative robot stands out. This is Epson’s first collaborative industrial robot, Ax6-A901s, designed to facilitate perfect integration between humans and machines. This six -axle light carbon robot has:
- Useful load capacity: 6 kg with a 900 mm arm length, suitable for complex tasks in small spaces.
- Compatible with clean rooms: according to ISO 14644-1 class 5 and with IP54 protection degree, designed to minimize contamination risks in sensitive environments.
- Energy efficiency: It offers an energy consumption saving of 40%, compared to other industrial robots of similar size.
- Compatible with Python programming: facilitates programming with a simple interface, allowing rapid implementation and personalization.

Likewise, the Japanese multinational has presented the LS50 Robot High pay loading. This is the first Scara robot with a notable 50 kg payload capacity. This robot is specifically designed for demanding applications, such as the handling of electric vehicles. Its main characteristics include the design that saves space. And, despite its high payload, the LS50 maintains a minimum space of occupation thanks to its compact size, which makes it adaptable to various manufacturing environments. This robot also stands out for its improved productivity since it significantly improves productive capacity in production lines.
Update of the Robots series Scara GX-C
Epson has also updated the GX-C series that offers improved precision and performance in a variety of payload options (1 kg, 4 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg).
