The return to the labor routine after the summer is still a challenge for many workers. The so -called postvacational syndrome, characterized by apathy, tiredness and lack of concentration, affects about 4 out of 10 Spaniards, according to the Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine (SEMFYC). Although in most cases it is exceeded in a few days, a third of those who suffer from it drags the symptoms for at least two weeks, which prolongs its impact on personal and professional life.
This discomfort is not limited to the individual plane. According to factorial data, labor productivity can fall up to 30% in the first weeks of reinstatement, generating absenteeism, increased errors and additional costs for companies. In a tensioning labor market, with sectors that exceed 100% annual rotation, employee’s well -being has become a strategic issue.
AI as ally in reinstatement
In this context, the Orbio company has developed a system of artificial intelligence agents capable of detecting demotivation signals and proposing personalized measures. These digital attendees monitor the tone of internal communications, carry out surveys adapted behind vacations and analyze patterns of absenteeism or performance decrease. From that information, the platform suggests solutions such as schedules adjustments, partial teleworking, active pauses or well -being programs.

“The true value of artificial intelligence in this area is its ability to offer continuous and personalized accompaniment on a large scale, something that was previously unthinkable,” says Nacho Avvesí, Cro and Orbio co -founder. “Our agents not only detect problems, but act proactively to improve employee experience and strengthen their commitment to the company.”
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Beyond productivity, the use of human resources opens the door to immediate emotional accompaniment. In fact, an Oliver Wyman Forum report reveals that one in three people would be willing to use artificial intelligence to receive psychological support. The availability of these tools 24 hours a day expands access to mental health care and can become a key resource in periods of labor transition.
“Orbio integrates these capacities so that companies not only optimize processes, but also offer an emotional support immediately and adapted to each worker, reducing the impact of postvacational syndrome on productivity and talent retention,” concludes Travesí.
