HP Poly has taken advantage of its presence at this year’s ISE to reinforce its commitment to professional video conferencing, audio and collaboration solutions, presenting a renewed portfolio that focuses on simplicity of use, sustainability and a longer useful life of devices in business environments.

“The key for us is to facilitate the experience for both the end user and the IT departments, offering robust and sustainable solutions for the long term,” explains Christophe Herrerias, Video Business Development Manager at HP Poly. “Hybrid work is no longer a trend, it is a reality that requires reliable, easy-to-manage and professional-quality products.”

Renewal of the HP Poly Mission wired headset range

One of the notable announcements has been the renewal of the range of wired headphones, within the HP Poly Mission family. After the acquisition of Polycom four years ago, the company completed the update of 95% of its catalog in the last year, giving rise to a new generation of products aimed at unifying and simplifying professional use.

The new Mission range is made up of three models: Mission 400, Mission 600 and Mission 800. All of them maintain HP’s DNA, but have been designed with sustainability criteria in mind, opting for more responsible materials and a design designed to extend their life cycle in corporate environments.

The user experience is simplified thanks to a control knob with the Microsoft Teams logo, which automatically detects compatibility and provides clear visual information to the user. In the acoustic section, the differences between models focus on the number of microphones: one in the Mission 400, two in the Mission 600 and up to four in the Mission 800, optimizing voice conversations in professional calls.

All headphones incorporate active noise reduction, especially designed for hybrid work environments, as well as Super Wide Band technology, which expands the audio bandwidth and allows you to enjoy Hi-Fi quality music. Additionally, they offer easy pad and arch replacement, a key feature for businesses looking for durability and easy maintenance.

Evolution of video conferencing solutions for rooms

In the area of video conferencing, HP Poly continues to develop its integrated bars, a line in which the company has been working for four years. These solutions run on Android, offering a native experience with Microsoft Teams and other unified communication platforms.

Although the models presented maintain the latest generation hardware, the big news announced at ISE 2026 is the update of the operating system: the devices will go to Android 13 and will have expandable support up to Android 17, with guaranteed updates until 2032. A strategic move that significantly extends the useful life of living room products.

Added to this is compatibility with Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), the platform designed to secure, manage and update business devices from IT departments. Thanks to multi-camera support and the software application of artificial intelligence, the system is capable of correcting the signal and always offering the best viewing angle available, even in large rooms.

HP Dimension with Google Beam: the future of 3D video

The company has also shown new table microphones designed for meeting rooms and meeting spaces, with a pickup radius of up to four and a half meters. These are solutions that are easy to install and manage, aimed at improving audio quality without the need for complex configurations.

One of the most striking proposals has been HP Dimension with Google Beam, a solution that points directly to the future of video communication. HP thus becomes an executive launch partner of Google Beam, a technology that evolves from the foundations of Project Starline.

The HP Dimension system integrates Google Beam to offer 3D visual experiences powered by artificial intelligence, achieving a much more realistic sense of presence. The solution incorporates spatial audio with four high-definition speakers and a set of 12 microphones optimized for beamforming, ensuring clear and natural voice reproduction in professional environments.

“With HP Dimension and Google Beam we are taking a step further in video communication, getting closer to much more human and natural interactions,” concludes Herrerias. “It is a preview of what the meetings of the future will be like.”
