During the CES 2026 celebration taking place this week in Las Vegas, HP has presented new technologies that position personal fulfillment at work as the next frontier to drive business growth.

Today’s workers feel under pressure: only 20% maintain a healthy relationship with work. However, with the right tools and technology, the likelihood of workers having a healthy working relationship with their job more than doubles, and increases fivefold when employees see that their company is investing in them and better working conditions.

In an era marked by disruption and change, HP recognizes a growing workforce achievement gap and reaffirms its commitment to helping organizations turn this challenge into an opportunity for innovation, resilience and improved work environment.

Innovations designed for the future of work

As companies face unprecedented challenges in the organization of work, HP remains steadfast in its commitment to deliver innovative solutions that drive satisfaction and growth, putting people at the center of the future of work and technology as the engine.

Designing for the future of work means creating solutions that move, connect and adapt to any work environment and workspace. Along these lines, HP presents a new form factor: HP EliteBoard G1a, the world’s first PC with comprehensive AI built into a keyboard, which has been awarded the CES 2026 Innovation Award.

Advanced device management

To deliver more engaging experiences that enable consumers to work smarter, optimize their work, look more sophisticated and lead more effectively, HP has introduced new updates across the entire range of HP OmniBook consumer products, including the new HP OmniBook Ultra 14 and HP OmniStudioX.

The American company has also introduced the first integration of Microsoft Copilot on HP Office Print devices with HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot, which offers document summaries, translation and intelligent organization to help companies work faster, smarter and more secure in their daily work.

HP facilitates seamless hybrid working and strengthens IT’s ability to ensure business continuity in distributed environments, thanks to improvements to the employee device management functions of its Workforce Experience Platform (WXP).

The company complements its new computers with an ecosystem of intuitive, ergonomic and sustainable peripherals for every workspace, including a stylish pink version of the HP Tilt 720M ergonomic mouse, a compact HP 65W GaN USB-C wall charger, lightweight and durable HP Protective Series laptop sleeves, and other accessories designed for modern work.

When it’s time to unwind after the workday, HP is redefining the way gamers play, create and perform, unifying its OMEN and HyperX brands under a single core gaming brand, HyperX, and introducing the HyperX OMEN MAX 16, the world’s most powerful gaming laptop, with an all-internal cooling system.

HP Digital Passport

To offer greater transparency about the origin of each device used at work, HP has developed HP Digital Passport, winner of the CES 2026 Innovation Award, which provides customers with a single space to access all the essential information about their PC: from the first steps and the discovery of its differentiating characteristics, to the sustainability history of the device and the support options that accompany the evolution of their work needs.

As part of HP’s commitment to growth and personal fulfillment at work, the Future of Work Accelerator expands access to technology and skills in less connected communities. Since 2022, the program has supported 35 nonprofit organizations in 13 countries, reaching 11.3 million people.

The accelerator offers participating organizations $100,000 in funding, $100,000 in HP hardware and solutions, plus a six-month training and mentoring program aimed at improving job opportunities.
