Madrid will be the scene of the I National Congress for Public Employment (CONEP 2024) on November 7 and 8. Under the motto “Innovative and Inclusive Public Talent”, this event, organized by the Foundation for Competitiveness (Fucomp) and with the collaboration of the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), aims to promote quality public employment in accordance with the needs of a modern administration.
CONEP 2024 is proposed as a space for the exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as for the formulation of public policy proposals. It is aimed at representatives of AA.PP., unions, academic and technological entities, with the aim of improving the quality of public employment.
I National Congress for Public Employment
The congress will feature keynote conferences, round tables and workshops that will address topics such as strengthening capabilities and the quality of public employment policies, equality, digitalization and the improvement of public services. In addition, issues of inclusion, human rights, gender and diversity will be addressed.
Under the motto Innovative and Inclusive Public Talent, the I National Congress for Public Employment (CONEP 2024) will be held in Madrid on November 7 and 8.
Among the notable participants are Manuel Arenilla, professor of Political Science and Administration at the Rey Juan Carlos University, Óscar Briones, academic secretary of the Faculty of Public Administration and Management of the University of Vigo, Francisco Fonseca, professor of International Law Public and European from the University of Valladolid, and Magdalena Valerio, former president of the Council of State and former Minister of Labor, Migration and Social Security.
In this way, the congress promises to be a key meeting point to reach consensus and build common actions that improve the quality of public employment and our institutions.
