Two out of three companies have not yet achieved a clear return of their investment in AI, despite the fact that budgets for this technology have tripled, many organizations face technical barriers, lack of training and low adoption according to the Global Cio Playbook.
Aware of this context, Lenovo has taken another step in its artificial intelligence strategy (AI) with the expansion of its portfolio Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage. The company announces a series of new services, platforms and solutions designed to turn AI a tangible and profitable tool for companies.
“We are making the business AI come true thanks to contrasted solutions that not only raise productivity, but also provide real value through useful and reliable data,” says Ashley Gorakhpurwalla, president of the Lenovo infrastructure solutions group.
Infrastructure, services and people: the three axes of change
Lenovo’s proposal is not limited to hardware. One of the pillars of the new approach are the qualification and adoption services of AI, designed to reduce internal resistance to change and facilitate the integration of tools such as Copilot into the usual workflows. Among the key services are personnel preparation evaluations, personalized formations for professional profile and cultural adoption plans of the AI.
A new wave of solutions to carry the artificial intelligence of the laboratory to the production plant
Ken Wong, executive vice president of Lenovo and responsible for the area of services, summarizes it: “The adoption of AI requires a clear strategy, reliable experience and proper mixing of technologies. Our platform helps companies translate the potential of AI into concrete performance improvements.”
Specific solutions for industrial sectors
The company has also focused on offering vertical solutions ready for implementation. From the monitoring of occupational risk in real time, thanks to the artificial vision, to multitude analysis tools for the retail sector, the new solutions seek to offer immediate and scalable results.
Among the most striking examples, a recent collaboration with an international airline stands out, in which Lenovo managed to redesign his digital work spaces in three months and significantly improve its operational efficiency. In other industries, their solutions are already improving inspection quality in production plants and accelerating medical diagnoses with generative.
A powerful, validated and scalable infrastructure
The novelties also reach the purely technical plane, with the presentation of the new system ThinkSystem Sr680A V4an air -refrigerated platform with up to eight NVLINK NVIDIA and connectivity, capable of offering an unprecedented processing and memory power. In addition, collaboration with partners such as Cisco, IBM and NVIDIA has expanded to offer integrated hybrid platforms that cover both new developments and the expansion of existing infrastructure.
These alliances allow Lenovo to offer an AI network performance up to 1.6 times higher, and universal systems prepared to display AI factories with centralized and simple management.
