The merger of Link, Bemobile and Consultia has given rise to Linkroad, a new entity with the mission of revolutionizing the technology consulting market. Its purpose is to provide clients with optimal solutions to their business challenges, leveraging its deep knowledge in technology, strategy, design, innovation and communication.

Linkroad has a team of more than 700 highly qualified professionals, organized into multidisciplinary teams that prioritize quality, proximity and flexibility. They offer a wide range of services in high-value areas such as native integration and cloud application management, digital experience, SAP integration, Data-AI and technology for regulatory compliance (GRC/ESG).

In addition, Linkroad develops its own solutions and collaborates with a network of top-level technology partners. It also offers vertical solutions in key sectors such as finance, utilities, retail/industry and government. This innovative and differentiated offer is supported by a network of more than 150 top-level recurring clients in the various regions where the group operates.

Since Henko Partners’ investment in Link in September 2023, the strategy has been to support innovative companies with top management teams and leaders in their respective niches. The objective is to create a leading international group, promoting collaboration and growth between the group’s companies, thus improving service to its clients and developing advanced technological solutions that accelerate their digital transformation.

Linkroad: Strengthening group leadership and next steps

Linkroad has strengthened its leadership team to drive the group’s growth, with a particular focus on Spain. Juan Manuel Rebollo, with more than 35 years of experience in the sector, has been appointed President of the Board of Directors. Juan Manuel developed his career at Accenture, where he was a board member at Iberia, and at Vector, where he held the position of Managing Director and helped grow the business from €15m to over €100m in 6 years, when it was acquired by Softtek.

Additionally, Javier Álvarez joins as Director of Business Development for Spain and Ignacio Santillana as Director of the SAP practice, both with a solid track record in the technology sector.

Linkroad’s goal is to reach €100 million in turnover by 2025, combining organic and inorganic growth. With the support of Henko Partners, it will continue to invest in specialized and differential service providers in innovative technologies, both in Iberia and internationally, strengthening the group’s value proposition towards its clients and supporting the growth of the companies that are part of it.
