Exclusive Networks announces a new secure access service edge (SASE) managed services program, led by the reseller and powered by Prisma SASE from Palo Alto Networks. This program will enable channel partners to deliver AI-based, autonomous, managed SASE services to mid-market customers at scale.

Designed for organizations that typically have several hundred to several thousand users, the program addresses a common challenge in the channel: strong customer demand for managed SASE services, combined with limited operational readiness of many partners. In this context, the program facilitates the adoption of advanced capabilities without the need for large initial investments.

Exclusive Networks provides, within this program, the managed service layer, operational support and service incorporation, while partners maintain ownership of the customer relationship. Using this approach, the program allows partners to provide services immediately and progressively move towards an independent MSSP delivery model through a structured training and certification path.

Focused on mid-market demand

The SASE Supercharge program includes a broad set of SASE capabilities from Palo Alto Networks, including Prisma Browser, secure access, Prisma SD-WAN, zero trust network access (ZTNA), secure web gateway (SWG), and autonomous digital experience monitoring. This program allows partners to adapt their offering to customer needs, while maintaining operational consistency.

Initially available in EMEA, this program is expected to drive significant growth in SASE adoption in the mid-market, while helping partners evolve from transactional reseller models toward service-based recurring revenue. In addition, the program acts as an accelerator for the channel’s transformation towards more sustainable models.

“This program seeks to remove friction for partners and help them respond to customer demand today, while developing sustainable managed services capabilities for the future,” said Paul Eccleston, Director of Business Innovation at Exclusive Networks. “By combining Prisma SASE technologies with the training and services capabilities of Exclusive Networks, this program offers a practical framework for delivering managed and co-managed SASE solutions to mid-market customers, while partners gradually develop their own service capabilities.”

“Exclusive Networks is a long-standing strategic partner for Palo Alto Networks, and this program reflects our shared commitment to supporting partners as they respond to the changing needs of their customers,” said Patricia Murphy, Vice President of Ecosystems, Strategic Alliances and Channel in EMEA at Palo Alto Networks.
