OVHai Workspace brings together leading collaboration tools such as email, cloud storage and video conferencing, while remaining open to partner applications. Its goal is to bring together a European ecosystem of productivity and collaboration applications into a unified experience.
Agentic AI integrated into everyday workflows
In order to improve the user experience of the applications, OVHai Workspace incorporates a search engine combined with agentic AI capabilities. This allows you to automate complex actions, search for information in multiple applications and simplify repetitive tasks with a single click. This way, users can increase their productivity without leaving their work environment, even when using partner applications.
Natively integrated E2EE encryption
OVHai Workspace offers an end-to-end encryption (E2EE) option, allowing users to protect their data and communications, even within partner applications integrated into the platform. When encryption is enabled, search and agentic AI functions run directly on the user’s computer or mobile device, allowing sensitive data to be processed locally.
