Plain Concepts has announced a strategic alliance with Multiverse Computing, a global leader in AI model compression and quantum software, to support the growth and adoption of AI. Throughout 2025, the organization closed a financing round of 189 million euros.

The agreement aims to offer the market a solution to accelerate the adoption of AI as a sovereign, efficient and sustainable alternative, promoting the adoption of AI in the Spanish and European market. This collaboration seeks to eliminate technical and economic barriers that hinder the adoption of AI on a large scale in business environments.

“We are proud to close agreements that not only drive technological innovation, but turn it into real value: efficiency, cost reduction and accelerated digital transformation. This alliance reinforces our commitment to useful, effective and results-oriented technology, aimed at facilitating the adoption of AI in organizations of all sizes,” says Quique Martínez, CEO of Plain Concepts.

Real, scalable AI adoption

Multiverse Computing’s models, along with its advanced compression technology, enable AI adoption and efficient deployment of artificial intelligence solutions, including autonomous agents and verticalized models. This technology facilitates the execution of models in environments with cost, latency, privacy, infrastructure or governance constraints, enabling sustainable and operational use cases in production, key to real and scalable AI adoption.

“This alliance represents a strategic milestone for our vision of bringing advanced AI to production in an efficient, ethical and sustainable way. With CompactifAI we unlock use cases that were previously unviable or too expensive, accelerating the adoption of AI in multiple sectors, and Plain Concepts is the perfect ally to bring this innovation to global customers,” says Rodrigo Hernández, Global GenAI Director of Multiverse Computing.

With sustained growth of more than 30% annually and loyalty of 90%, Plain Concepts will provide its experience in applied AI, business consulting and end-to-end deployment. The company will involve specialized teams, ideation and experimentation capabilities, as well as proprietary AI adoption and scaling methodologies to integrate GenAI models and advanced neural networks into real business environments. Added to this is its solid relationship with large international corporations and its specialization in regulatory compliance, security, privacy and production architectures.

Plain Concepts’ proposal aims to foster collaboration between companies that are experts in the adoption of sovereign AI to facilitate its use and reduce cost and infrastructure frictions, promoting enterprise AI adoption of high-performance models in an efficient and sustainable way.
