Research firm The Futurum Group, together with Logitech, have just conducted a study on how artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics are impacting the way companies work. The report reveals that generative AI and predictive analytics will be the main investment priorities for companies in the coming years. Specifically, it is expected that by 2027, investment in AI applied to the work experience will exceed 10 billion euros.
One of the biggest challenges facing companies today is improving user experience in hybrid and remote work environments. According to the report, 70% of workers say that the technology provided by their company does not exceed their expectations. In this context, the synergy between AI and user experience is presented as key to transforming the modern workplace.
According to experts, opting for advanced technological equipment would not only improve concentration and processes, but would also translate into higher quality service and talent retention. A key factor in this context is the elimination of inefficient meetings, which are identified as the main obstacle to productivity. In this sense, adopting AI would transform these dynamics, allowing for greater productivity, efficiency and the ability to solve complex problems.
To meet the challenges of hybrid work, companies must equip their employees with the right tools. According to the report, employee dissatisfaction with their current technology solutions is on the rise. Only 29% of employees say they are fully satisfied with the technology they use in their workplace, a significant decrease from 39% in 2021. This trend underscores the need to improve and update both tools and technology solutions to meet employee needs.

Logitech’s report highlights how integrating AI into the workplace can revolutionise the way employees interact with technology and each other. “We are at a tipping point where AI not only improves routine tasks, but also plays a crucial role in creating a more efficient and satisfying work environment,” said Nolwenn Le Querré, Category Marketing Personal Workspace South EU at Logitech.
Logitech is one of the companies that is betting on the implementation of artificial intelligence in its solutions, both for rooms and for the personal work environment, with its RightSense series. These advanced technologies, such as RightSight 2, which offers different viewing modes that ensure that meeting experiences adapt to the size, orientation and occupancy of the room; and RightSound 2, which has an advanced speech detection algorithm that even automatically increases the volume of low voices, so that all participants can be heard. In addition to including several specific functionalities, they are managing to optimize image and audio quality in virtual meetings through AI, guaranteeing a consistent and high-performance experience.
