VISEO has acquired the company AKC (Advance Knowledge Consulting), an Italian consulting firm based in Lucca recognized for its experience and its status as a Platinum partner in the CCH Tagetik solution for clients in various sectors, especially financial departments.
This strategic acquisition marks a key milestone in VISEO’s goal to accelerate the development of its global financial transformation and performance management capabilities.

Founded in 1986, AKC has quickly established itself as a leading company in the design and implementation of CCH Tagetik solution and financial departments. After strengthening its historical presence in Italy, the company expanded internationally with the creation of AKC North America in 2023 and AKC Nordic in 2024.
