No more scanners in Eobuwi stores. Instead, two variants of subscriptions for discounts.

The CCC group – under the wings of which there are such brands as Modivo, Eobuwie and Halfprice – changes tactics and gives up the “modern” concept. Instead, it introduces an interesting subscription offer from the client’s point of view, thanks to which we will buy shoes and accessories with a discount. The company provides for a lot of interest in the service.

Modivo.club – What are the benefits of new subscription offers?

We have subscriptions for music, series, food or cloud space, so why not introduce subscription to discounts? The representatives of the CCC group thought, introducing Modivo.club, which is a novelty addressed to customers of stores such as the mentioned Eobuwie, Modivo, CCC or HalfPrice, as well as Sklepiegacz, Warsawsneakerstore and Skstore.

During the press conference, the company’s president – Dariusz Miłek – announced two subscription variants: a paid Gold package and his free alternative. The former will be associated with an annual fee of PLN 59.99, i.e. less than PLN 5 per month. What will we get in return for this? First of all, 10% cashback for purchases and the ability to buy additional three cards for friends for about PLN 20 a year.

In addition, both the Gold and Normal package will open access to priority in promotions and sales, discounts up to -50% under Modivo Deals, discounts from partners, a 30 -day return date and insight into the history of transactions and orders assigned to accounts.

The CCC Group believes in a new project and ambitiously assumes that the subscription can bring PLN 100 million – a potential target group is as many as 21 million people.

No more “revolution”. We return to classic stationary stores

Do you remember how Eobuwie stationary salons appeared in 2018 with unusual 3D ESIZE.ME scanner technology for those times and a lack of classic shelves with shoes? I honestly admit that I could never convince myself of this strategy and after two visits I gave up buying in stores, because as a customer I felt a bit incapacitated. Not only because I was passed as a salon employee – for whom this policy was also visibly tiring – who brought shoes from the back room, but also because of the need to view the models on the screen. Fortunately, this quirk finally goes a thing of the past, because … it just didn’t work.

Dariusz Miłek admitted that customers came, tried on, but did not buy enough. That is why Eobuwie returns to standard stationary showrooms with footwear on the rules, which can be touched without asking for help. According to a virtual portal, 20 out of 49 currently operating sales points will be rearranged in the coming months. The changes are to increase revenues to PLN 1 billion in 2027 and PLN 3 billion in 2030. The company assumes that in the next 5 years it will be possible to increase the number of branches to 400 – 60% of the assortment are to be shoes, 30% bags, and the others are to be 10% CCC group wants to spend on accessories.
