The Taiwanese manufacturer D-Link has announced the launch of its next generation of Nuclias network controllers, both in hardware version (DNH-1000 Nuclias Connect), and in software versions (with the DNC-100 Nuclias Connect update) and the new DNC-5000 (Nuclias Hyper).
Intended for businesses and computer network environments of all sizes, especially small and medium-sized businesses, these controllers offer centralized management of both the wired and wireless WiFi networks, with real-time management and scalable deployment capabilities.
Whether for a single-location store or business or a large-scale enterprise with multiple locations, D-Link Nuclias controllers put high-performance network management within reach of organizations, with the agility of unified management and the highest security standards.
Centralized control of IT environments
As enterprise networks expand across distributed locations, IT teams face fragmented tools, limited visibility, and increasing security risks. Nuclias network controllers consolidate all installation, management and maintenance operations into a single web-based platform, reducing complexity and streamlining responsiveness, while enabling IT teams to determine tiered administrative access, establish automatic optimization features and proactive monitoring.
DNH-1000: Nuclias Connect for local management
Designed to manage networks in a unified way with access to up to 500 devices between Core/Aggregation or End Switches and Wi-Fi access points, the DNH-1000 physical controller is perfect for small and medium-sized businesses, schools, hotels and stores that want highly secure networks through VLAN network segmentation to separate the WiFi networks of clients or guests from internal corporate networks. The DNH-1000 controller is now available with a recommended RRP of €199 +VAT.
DNC-100: Nuclias Connect software controller
This is the software version of the DNH-1000 Nuclias Connect controller, so it requires installation on a computer running Windows or Linux. It avoids having to install the physical controller, thus adding more flexibility in multiple scenarios. D-Link has just released version 1.3.1.5 of this software to integrate all the new features of the hardware controller, such as support for more switch families (Managed L3 ranges with physical stacking) and other functionalities not available until now.
The DNC-100 Nuclias Connect software is free and can be downloaded from the D-Link website.
