Zoho has announced a series of improvements to Zoho One, its all-in-one business software platform. This version introduces a more fluid, connected and secure user experience, which facilitates collaboration and simplifies day-to-day work.

The new Zoho One offers true integration between its 50 applications, putting the user and context at the center of the experience. Since its launch in 2017 as a pioneering suite to manage any area of a company, Zoho One has grown to include more than 50 applications and more than 75,000 customers worldwide, who use an average of 22 applications per organization.

Its commitment to privacy, security and total control of the technological infrastructure provides reliability that is difficult to match, offering companies a clear competitive advantage through more intelligent and coordinated operations.

In the words of Sridhar Iyengar, General Manager of Zoho in Europe: “The evolution of work takes us from an application-based model to one focused on platforms. With Zoho One, our customers do not simply buy a set of apps; they buy peace of mind. They expect Zoho to take care of all the technological part so they can focus on their business. This update materializes that: a coherent experience thanks to integrations, context and unified data.”

Complete application ecosystem

The new features of Zoho One are grouped into three main areas: Experience, Integrations and Intelligence.

Spaces organizes applications in a logical and accessible way. The apps are grouped in the top bar by thematic spaces: a Personal Space with tools for individual use; an Organization space with internal communication applications (Forums, Town Hall, Ideas and others); and spaces by Department, such as Human Resources, Marketing or Finance. All can be customized to fit each team. In addition, it incorporates a centralized search engine that allows you to locate information or automate tasks without having to change applications.

The Action Panel and Quick Navigation They help maintain focus. With a single click, the user can see their day’s agenda, pending tasks, unread messages and other key items, regardless of the app they are in. Each person can configure it to their liking.

Dashboards They unify data from all applications, even third-party ones, in one place. They can be customized using already created or new widgets, and allow you to manage the entire suite from a single panel.

Vania new intelligent virtual space aimed at collaborative work. It offers visual tools for brainstorming, diagrams, whiteboards, mind maps and even video calls, allowing remote or hybrid teams to work together much more naturally.

By centralizing their technology ecosystem on Zoho One, businesses benefit from advanced features such as smart offboarding, easy employee device management, and support for encryption keys. Native integrations reduce vulnerabilities and simplify anomaly detection.

Unified and contextual AI

Zoho’s artificial intelligence, known as Zia, takes center stage throughout the platform:

  • Added intelligence: Zia can unify data from different platforms (including Google Workspace or external applications) and provide complete, clear and actionable answers. This eliminates information silos and streamlines decision making.
  • Intelligence Center. Zia Hubs, the intelligent content organization system, now has its own space within Zoho One and automates the management of important documents. For example, contracts signed in Zoho Sign or recordings from Zoho Meeting are automatically saved in smart folders, from where Zia can process and connect relevant information.
  • Integrated and contextual intelligence. The Ask Zia feature, accessible from the bottom bar, allows quick queries that combine data from multiple apps to show a complete view of your pending work, calendar, tasks or recent decisions. By being present throughout the ecosystem, it can offer highly contextualized recommendations that make taking easier.

The company reports that all implemented updates are now available worldwide.
