92% of the technological managers of large companies consider that more than half of the employees of their organizations are not prepared to face the changes derived from the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI). This is one of the main conclusions of the report “The science of productivity: AI, adoption and experience of the employee”, prepared by Nexthink after surveying 1,100 Directors of Information Technology (IT) in Europe and the United States.
The study, which analyzes the impact of AI on the internal dynamics of organizations, also reflects that 95% of you anticipate that this transformation will be the deepest and most intense of the last decades. However, 88% admit that a good part of the workforce could be intimidated at the arrival of these new technologies.
Given this panorama, Nexthink warns of the urgent need to reinforce the digital skills of employees to prevent the strong investments provided for in the losing their effectiveness.
