Vertiv has completed the acquisition of PurgeRite, formerly Purge Rite Intermediate LLC, a leader in mechanical flushing, purging and filtration services for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. The transaction, valued at approximately $1 billion, expands and strengthens Vertiv’s thermal management services offering, consolidating its position in next-generation services for liquid cooling systems. With this integration, PurgeRite becomes a strategic pillar within Vertiv’s solutions portfolio.
