During Insurance Week 2026, Minsait will present its Agentic AI proposal – the so-called liquid AI –, an approach in which, through Generative AI, the automation of isolated tasks is abandoned to orchestrate complete processes through networks of specialized agents capable of perceiving, reasoning and acting in seconds. This liquid AI represents a new technological paradigm that transforms the way insurers structure their operations. In the insurance context, this model allows us to respond to the market not only with better products, but with more speed and operational precision, from pricing and underwriting to claims management and the insured’s experience.

The company belonging to the Indra Group participates in this reference meeting that is held every year at Ifema to highlight the trends and technologies that have the most impact on the policy and claims market. In this 2026 edition, Minsait launches this Agentic AI proposal based on liquid AI, with which it is possible to go from automating isolated tasks to orchestrating end-to-end processes through agents that interpret context, assign and execute tasks, while constantly learning with the use of the tool. Thanks to liquid AI, insurers can evolve towards much more dynamic and resilient models.

Andrés Duque, head of AI in Insurance and Banking at Minsait, emphasizes that “agent AI is already changing insurance because it turns data into decisions and decisions into coordinated actions. This translates into faster procedures, lower operating costs and better informed clients, something that is very relevant for insurance agents in times of great criticality, workload or urgency.” In this sense, liquid AI allows these decisions to be executed in a fluid and connected way throughout the value chain.

IndraMind: sovereign AI for a regulated sector

During his appearance at the meeting, Minsait will also talk about IndraMind, the Indra Group’s sovereign intelligence platform to protect assets, people and critical infrastructures that, transferred to the insurance field, acts as a “nervous system” that connects heterogeneous sources and business applications, incorporates security from the design and can be deployed in systems of maximum security and resilience to maintain the service even in high demand scenarios. Integrated with liquid AI, this platform powers intelligent coordination between agents and systems.

For example, in the event of high-impact weather phenomena, IndraMind agents anticipate the load by geographic areas and portfolio, activate preventive care for policyholders with a higher probability of loss, and adjust priorities to minimize delays. In parallel, the platform also recommends the activation of alternative providers when the usual network does not cover the volume, performs automatic reassignments and frees up time in processing thanks to expert assistants who prepare files, verify coverage and suggest actions to the manager. All of this translates into a more agile, adaptable and efficient operation during times of greatest pressure, where liquid AI facilitates continuous adaptation to demand, while keeping customers informed and containing the insurer’s cost without sacrificing service quality.

Automated actions

In practice, IndraMind enables a mission-critical operation in the insurance field: during peaks or incidents, agents not only understand what is coming, but also orchestrate the business response with monitorable recommendations and automated actions. This directly impacts the operation while providing traceability and control by the professional. Additionally, thanks to highly visual development, insurers can quickly launch these new solutions and scale them without redoing their current systems; testing them in the short term, adjusting with use and deploying the technology in phases. This progressive deployment is another example of how liquid AI adapts to the pace and needs of each organization.

“Our agents not only understand what is happening: they predict what is coming, orchestrate the response and accompany the client in real time, from the notification to the resolution. With IndraMind, this operational brain unites dispersed data, intelligence and action to chain decisions and actions where they have an impact, and it does so with sovereign, secure and scalable technology. This is how liquid AI stops being a promise and becomes value for the business and peace of mind for the insured,” maintains Andrés Duque.

Finally, and during its intervention at Insurance Week, Minsait will also have the participation of Spanish astronaut Sara García, who will provide an inspiring look at exploration, science and the future, in line with the ambition to bring innovation – driven by liquid AI – to the real challenges of the insurance sector.
