HP has introduced new AI-powered features and increased analytics capabilities for the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). These WXP updates provide IT teams with a clearer view of device performance across the organization, as well as faster, more automated ways to resolve issues before they impact work.

With the increasing complexity of digital environments, from heavier AI-powered applications to increasing demands on systems and resources, IT teams are forced to stay ahead of potential technical issues that can impact performance and user experience. In this context, WXP is positioned as a key tool to anticipate incidents. The variation in memory availability across the industry is an example of this general trend, making it increasingly important for organizations to have clear, data-driven insights, which WXP facilitates, about efficient resource management.

The latest WXP enhancements, available to Pro and Elite customers, help organizations address these challenges by detecting early warning signs using WXP, identifying what is causing devices to become overloaded, and automating actions that keep systems healthy with the support of WXP.

This includes helping teams identify where memory pressure is building and providing guidance based on data WXP analyzes on how investments, such as upgrades or configuration changes, can help improve performance, while addressing the broader system, application, network, and lifecycle issues that shape the daily employee experience within the WXP ecosystem.

AI-enhanced correction

As hybrid and distributed work environments become more complex, WXP helps organizations resolve incidents with fewer manual steps. Using the latest advances in proactive remediation, WXP now associates each alert with prioritized, AI-generated remediation paths within WXP, guiding or automating steps for faster resolution and with less manual effort.

Contextual signals and historical results improve accuracy and, together with the recently released Workflow Builder built into WXP, allow organizations to automate everyday tasks based on alerts, events or schedules. This powerful combination within WXP allows IT teams to encode recurring responses, from recovering unused resources (for example, memory cleanup tasks) to applying baseline configurations, so that fixes are made consistently and on time.

By linking workflow orchestration with AI-powered remediation, WXP helps IT teams resolve recurring incidents once and for all and prevent them from happening again. Over time, this WXP-based approach moves IT operations away from reactive support toward more proactive and resilient workflows that previously required multiple tools and significant human intervention.

New custom data reports

WXP Custom Data Reports give customers the flexibility to define custom telemetry data views from a wide range of device and application signals, so organizations can precisely identify what is really causing slowdowns and instability. With WXP, customers define the data they care about, rather than relying solely on predefined dashboards.

With the ability to customize telemetry reports on device health using WXP, IT can identify the root cause of problems (whether it’s full memory, an operating system crash, or an outdated application) and detect trends across the entire device fleet that point to optimization opportunities. This can extend the life of devices and help IT make better lifecycle decisions based on near real-time device fleet data provided by WXP. A device renewal approach based on detailed WXP insights helps organizations improve the employee experience, reduce unnecessary expenses, and realize more value from their existing technology investments.

Sustainability through greater device understanding

WXP continues to expand its analytics and sustainability reporting with the introduction of a new Carbon Footprint Report within WXP, providing organizations with deeper visibility into device usage, energy consumption and estimated carbon emissions.

This data generated by WXP helps IT managers make more informed decisions, balancing performance, cost and environmental impact in a single platform, rather than treating them as separate priorities.

Tap Notifications for Microsoft Teams: Reach employees where they work

As the role of IT continues to evolve in organizations, technology teams are increasingly collaborating with HR managers. HH. and business leaders to shape the workforce experience, not just support infrastructure. In this scenario, WXP plays a fundamental role. Clear and timely communication, facilitated by WXP, plays a key role in employee engagement, productivity and trust, especially in distributed work environments.

With Pulse notifications for Microsoft Teams built into WXP, IT and HR teams can HH. They can collaborate to deliver relevant updates within the tools employees already use daily. WXP notifications can encourage users to take simple corrective actions, such as removing unused or non-compliant software, to recover resources and support better overall performance, including memory health.

By reaching employees where they work, WXP enables organizations to improve engagement and more effectively collect sentiment indicators, while reducing interruptions and digital noise.

Extendable search, lock and erase functions

HP has also expanded the WXP API to include Protect and Trace with Wolf Connect, allowing IT to locate, lock and wipe PCs virtually anywhere in the world, even if they are turned off. The WXP API can be easily leveraged to support additional use cases and operational options that reduce costs and help partners create value-added services that improve customer satisfaction.

By enabling these controls within existing workflows in WXP, teams can respond faster without switching consoles, reduce manual steps and handoffs, and maintain more consistent security operations at scale. The result is simpler, more efficient incident response and asset management with WXP, which adapts to teams where they work, without adding new dashboards or complexity.

Poly+ Analyze guarantees premium support

HP is also introducing a new premium service, Poly+ Analyze, for HP Poly audio and video devices. As part of the WXP-based HP Workforce Experience digital ecosystem of software and services, the service includes 24×7 priority support, early part replacement to maximize productivity, and premium Poly Lens Pro for Rooms software.

When used with Poly Lens Pro for Rooms, Poly+ Analyze gives teams visibility into HP Poly meeting rooms, allowing them to remotely diagnose problems and prioritize solutions that improve meeting reliability, complementing the capabilities of WXP. Optionally, customers can choose to take advantage of additional HP services that handle much of the heavy lifting, from on-site staff to remote access, always supported by the WXP environment.

AI-enhanced remediation, Workflow Builder, custom data reporting, Pulse notifications for Microsoft Teams, Wolf Protect and Trace API, and Poly+ Analyze are now available within the WXP ecosystem. Carbon footprint reporting within WXP is scheduled to be available in early summer 2026.
