Jabra expands its Evolve3 line with three new models of professional headphones designed to adapt to different profiles and work environments, from offices and open spaces to hybrid or flexible models. Evolve3 65 Flex, Evolve3 65 and Evolve3 45 incorporate advanced voice pickup and active noise cancellation (ANC), working hand in hand with Sidetone, offering a more consistent audio experience for the entire organization, both in conversations between people and in interactions with AI-based tools.
In recent years, the way of working has changed and, with it, the communication needs of professionals. However, many organizations continue to use the same technology to respond to different realities. This lack of adaptation can affect the quality of conversations and the experience of your staff. In fact, 73% of employees have difficulty listening correctly to other participants in hybrid meetings.
Likewise, poor audio quality due to inconsistent pickup from cheap headphones can become a barrier to productivity, as it affects the performance of AI-based tools such as speech-to-text, meeting summaries or voice-controlled workflows, limiting their benefits for daily professional life.
“When technology does not fit the way people work, it is more difficult to ensure a consistent collaboration experience throughout the organization,” explains Camille Petit, Sales Manager for Iberia Jabra. “This impacts both the quality of conversations and the performance of voice and AI-based tools. The new Evolve3 models have been designed to solve these challenges.”
Headphones designed to adapt to the way people work
The expansion of Evolve3 allows organizations to adjust the technology to different profiles and workplaces. In this sense, Evolve3 65 Flex is intended for hybrid professionals who move between different locations and shared workspaces and need professional audio performance in a more portable format. To do this, it incorporates a compact and foldable design without a microphone arm, a carrying case, better voice pickup outdoors and adaptive ANC with wind adaptation, which maintains call quality in changing conditions.
For its part, Evolve3 65 has been designed for those who work in open offices and busy environments and need a higher level of concentration during the day. The device combines adaptive active noise cancellation and three-microphone voice pickup technology to help users maintain clear conversations and reduce distractions in shared spaces. It also includes a fully reversible microphone arm that makes day-to-day call management easier.
Finally, Jabra has launched Evolve3 45, the lightest on-ear headset in the family, designed for professionals who make most of their calls from a desk, whether in the office or at home. Weighing approximately 100 grams, it has been designed to offer all-day comfort, prioritizing ease of use and a reliable calling experience for those who have frequent conversations throughout the day.
Advanced technology for clearer and more efficient communication
Beyond the specific needs of each professional profile, all headset models in the Evolve3 range share the same technologies developed by Jabra to increase the quality of conversations and boost professional communication.
Jabra ClearVoice allows voice isolation in busy office environments to support clearer conversations during calls. Additionally, it delivers greater than 99% voice pickup accuracy for AI-based tools in open offices, enabling applications such as speech-to-text, automatic meeting summaries, and other voice-enabled workflows. Added to this are active noise cancellation (ANC) and Sidetone during calls, which allows the user to hear their own voice at a natural volume to avoid speaking louder than necessary, thus helping to reduce distractions and maintain attention in conversations.
The experience is completed with Jabra Air Comfort technology, developed to improve all-day comfort thanks to a lightweight design and oval ear pads that help reduce listening fatigue. Likewise, the headphones offer easy configuration using a USB adapter, Bluetooth Native connectivity and simultaneous connection to a computer and mobile device to facilitate work in different environments.
At the same time, with the aim of simplifying technology management in organizations, the new Jabra Evolve3 headsets incorporate secure Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity and centralized administration tools through Jabra Plus, Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress, which facilitate more efficient and scalable deployment and management. In addition, they are compatible with the main collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

Finally, the range has been designed to offer greater durability, with replaceable batteries and pads, recycled or circular economy materials and FSC-certified packaging that contribute to prolonging the life of the devices and reducing their environmental impact.
The new headphones launched join the Jabra Evolve3 75 and Evolve3 85 models, presented earlier this year and aimed at the most demanding communication environments. Both models combine advanced noise cancellation capabilities, a more immersive audio experience and a premium design designed to offer greater levels of comfort and durability.
“With the expansion of the Evolve3 range we respond to the different communication needs that coexist in organizations today. Our objective is that each employee can have the technology that best suits their way of working. With this, Evolve3 takes over from the Evolve2 range and marks a new stage in our professional audio proposal,” concludes Petit.
