Personio has today announced a new integration with Walter!, the IT management startup that allows startups and tech companies with between 50 and 1,000 hyper-growth employees to automate team management, one of the processes that generates the most administrative burden: the management of the staff’s computer devices.
Managing technological equipment becomes a challenge when companies grow, incorporate remote talent or expand into new markets. Coordinating the delivery and collection of computers, screens or peripherals for each new hire or departure represents a significant operational burden for HR teams. HH. and IT. This can translate into delays during onboarding, purchases that are poorly tailored to the needs of each position, or security risks when devices are not recovered in time.
Synchronization between both platforms
The collaboration between Personio and Walter! automates team management and avoids having to coordinate different suppliers in each country. Information about registrations and cancellations is automatically synchronized between both platforms, while Walter! centralizes the management of the life cycle of devices, from shipping to return and maintenance, with management times of between 24 and 48 hours in more than 150 countries. In addition, for each new addition, it automatically recommends the best purchase or leasing option and allows a provisional reservation to be made while the order is confirmed.
