The Arsys company has held a new edition of its annual event of its Channel Program, Arsys Partner Network Tour. Under a hybrid format, in-person and online, this edition has revolved around three main axes: sovereign artificial intelligence, regulatory compliance and the experience of five company partners who have shared their Digital Transformation projects.
From the company, Óscar Martínez de San Vicente, Sales Manager of Arsys Cloud Solutions, opened the day by analyzing the business opportunities around Artificial Intelligence and how the regulatory framework and digital sovereignty influence its implementation. Regarding digital sovereignty, he stressed that it is necessary to take into account its five dimensions to guarantee digital independence: the location of the data and infrastructure, the jurisdiction to which the provider is subject, the operational control of the service, the sovereignty of the stack and that of the technological supply chain.
According to Martínez de San Vicente, “the adoption of AI must be accompanied by rigorous data control, privacy guarantees and regulatory compliance. For European organizations, the fact that a technology as disruptive as AI depends exclusively on a single non-EU provider can compromise their independence and competitiveness, both due to legal certainty and the unpredictability of subscription costs.”
For his part, Julián Sanz, Cloud Specialist at Arsys Cloud Solutions, reviewed the resources that the provider makes available to its partners to increase their sales, strengthen their business model and evolve the portfolio of solutions they offer to the end customer, adapting to the demands and trends of the market. “Together with AI, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance will be the great business opportunities for the IT Channel in the coming months. We already saw it a few years ago with the entry into force of the GDPR and we are seeing it again with electronic invoicing or with regulations such as NIS2 or DORA, which demand data protection, resilience, continuity and compliance,” said Sanz.
Transformation success stories
This conference has also allowed five technology companies from all over Spain to share the main details of their Digital Transformation projects as Arsys partners, covering their different phases, from the initial requirements to their technical evolution and their impact on the business after going into production.
This part of the day began with Sergio Herce, Director of Business, New Technologies and Security at the Riojan company SDi, explaining how they have converted all the complexities and technical demands of a traditional ERP into a managed cloud solution that is easily accessible to SMEs. Under the name TuERP Cloud, SDi has standardized a comprehensive ERP service that maintains the core of Wolters Kluwer’s a3ERP software and has brought it to the Arsys cloud, simplifying much of its technical operation for the end customer. Today, more than 160 companies and a thousand active users throughout Spain use the TuERP Cloud service in SaaS mode, solving critical aspects for a business application, such as availability, infrastructure management, backups and remote and multi-device access.
Manuel Delgado, CEO of the Andalusian firm CTI, took the lead to present gCalidad, a platform that facilitates the comprehensive management of services in cleaning, maintenance, security or gardening companies. This solution maintains precise and automated control of tasks, incidents, audits and supplier management in multiple facilities, which is why it requires an infrastructure that allows it to process thousands of records, coming from different sources, in real time, with maximum availability and scalability to facilitate decision making and reduce response times for its users.
Arsys reinforces its business model and evolves the portfolio of solutions it offers to its partners to address digital transformation projects
For his part, Pelayo Rayón, CEO of the Madrid company Axos Soluciones, specialized in ERP software and consulting for the distribution sector, detailed how they have gone from perceiving IT infrastructure as a source of problems to considering it the basis on which to grow their business. Today, more than one hundred companies use its platform, which coordinates purchasing, sales, warehouses, stock and logistics services in an automated and comprehensive manner, which requires maximum stability and performance.
Automate and centralize management
From the Catalan consulting firm AS Software Group, Pablo Miranda, its Managing Director, explained the details of the platform to automate, centralize and integrate hospital logistics management developed for Coordinació Logística Sanitaria (CLS). Based on an infrastructure of dedicated baremetal servers, this platform guarantees the traceability and privacy of hospital orders and the response to demand peaks, responding to compliance with the National Security Scheme (ENS) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when dealing with highly sensitive health information.
José Antonio Llopis, CEO and CTO of the Valencian software factory PaellaSoft, put the final touch on the success stories section of the day with Atalaya. This Agentic AI allows you to manage the infrastructure of any project in the Arsys cloud very easily and without the need for specialized profiles. It has more than two hundred tools for organizations to deploy, audit and execute management, operation and monitoring tasks in the cloud services they need in their business, in a very accessible way and without technicalities.
