In a context in which ransomware attacks occur every 14 seconds and recovery processes can be extended up to 24 days, organizations seek more effective responses that integrate prevention, response and recovery. In this scenario, Commvault and Crowdstrike have decided to strengthen their strategic alliance to offer a joint solution that combines the best of their cybercraft technologies.
The objective of this expanded collaboration is to provide companies with a faster and more efficient response route compared to cybercidents, by integrating the elite services for Crowdstrike incidents with the experience in recovery and resilience of Commvault. This union is designed not only to deal with a real -time attack, but also to prepare organizations before the incident and accelerate their recovery later.
“The current threat panorama demands more than security: it requires resilience,” says Alan Atkinson, general director of Partners in Commvault. “Our Extended Association with Crowdstrike combines the exceptional response capacities to Crowdstrike incidents and the leading data recovery and resilience solutions of Commvault to help joint clients to quickly identify and approach cyber incidents and recover quickly and efficiently.”
From Crowdstrike, Daniel Bernard, business director, adds: “Cyber resilience does not consist only of recovering, but also being prepared in each phase of an attack. Our expanded association with Commvault with intelligence of leading threats in the sector, experience in response to incidents and solid recovery capabilities.”
Preparation and recovery as pillars
The new joint offer incorporates a set of unified services that cover from recovery preparation and validation evaluations to continuous tests in isolated environments (Cleanroom Recovery). In case of attack, the real -time visibility of the threats provided by Crowdstrike allows to quickly determine the scope of the damage, while Commvault recovery solutions facilitate agile and safe restoration.
The combination of advanced cybersecurity and data recovery becomes a new standard against increasingly frequent and sophisticated threats
In addition to expediting the response to incidents, the proposal includes integrated workflows between the two companies, which improves coordination during a crisis. This collaborative approach allows us to accelerate the resolution of the incidents and reduce the operational impact.
Scalability and personalized support
Customers will also benefit from scalable support, adaptable to their specific needs, through subscription -based services. To this is added direct access to the combined experience of two referents of the sector, with specialized guidance in each phase of recovery.
This announcement reinforces a collaboration that already had previous integrations, such as that existing between Commvault Cloud and the Cribersecurity platform Crowdstrike Falcon, based on artificial intelligence. Now, the alliance takes another step to consolidate as a comprehensive response to one of the greatest challenges of the digital world: cybercraft.
