EPAM Systems has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire NEORIS, a technology consultancy specializing in the execution of complex digital transformation projects for clients in the Americas and Europe, covering sectors such as manufacturing, banking, consumer products, telecommunications, media and retail.
The firm is distinguished by its deep knowledge in software development and technology consulting in key areas such as Digital Experience, Engineering, SAP, Data, Analytics, Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), UX Design, Digital Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
