Ibercaja has signed an agreement with NTT Data to manage the financial institution’s technological platform. This alliance aims to innovate and transform the main technological infrastructures of the bank’s data processing centres, which allows for the adoption of new technological solutions within the institution’s innovation strategy, with an impact on the modernisation of services and the experience for more than 2.5 million customers. On the other hand, this will serve to optimise operational efficiency and streamline its service offering to meet new user demands.
In this way, the Japanese multinational is positioned as one of the main technological partners of Ibercaja, thanks to its experience and knowledge in the sector, contributing its track record in digital transformation of services towards more efficient, intuitive and personalized models. With this agreement, both companies reinforce their strategic collaboration and position themselves as one of the technological leaders in Aragon, in addition to making a qualitative leap in the sector at a national level.
