In a new step towards business digital transformation, Kyndryl has launched the Kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration Hub, a space designed to facilitate the adoption of artificial intelligence and climb its impact on global business fabric. This initiative, developed in close collaboration with Microsoft, is supported by technologies such as Azure Ai Foundry and Co -Copilot to promote real use cases of AI in multiple industries.

The Hub is integrated into the Kyndryl co-creation and consulting strategy through its units Vital Kyndryl and Kyndryl Consult. But its objective goes beyond the technical deployment: it seeks to identify specific challenges by sector and propose personalized solutions of agricultural, that is, systems that act autonomously based on objectives and context.

From banking to health, the Kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration Hub has a clear sector vocation. The company will take advantage of its innovation laboratories, both physical and virtual, including the new AI Innovation Lab of Liverpool, as prototyped and deployment centers. These spaces are designed to work with customers in the definition of new digital solutions based on AI.

“We are redoubled by our collaboration with Microsoft because we know that the combination of our experience with its technologies is a powerful duo to promote real innovation,” says Ismail Amla, global head of Kyndryl Consult.

From Microsoft, they also focus on the practical value that this initiative can contribute to organizations: “Acceleration Hub represents the following evolution of our collaboration and a shared commitment to help customers unlock the entire potential of AI,” says Stephen Boyle, global leader of strategic partners in Microsoft.

Formation and deployment: approach pillars

Kyndryl’s commitment is not limited to technology. The company has already trained more than 16,000 employees who have obtained more than 26,000 Microsoft certifications. This effort is part of its strategy to ensure that the implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Azure, security, data or modern workplace is backed by advanced technical knowledge.

In addition, Kyndryl is integrating agricultural capabilities into its infrastructure services to provide customers with tools that operate autonomy and align with their business goals.

Real cases and ecosystem validation

The potential value of Hub is already being explored by clients such as Care Safety Innovations, a company specialized in home care, whose CTO, Anders Bjørnrud, says: “We believe that Acceleration Hub can help us to streamline the adoption of AI and significantly improve the quality of the service we provide to patients and caregivers.”

The credibility of the Kyndryl approach is reinforced by acknowledgments such as the specialization of Microsoft Azure or the renewal of the Azure Expert MSP designation, a status reserved to less than 2% of Microsoft partners.
