The transformation is not limited only to the automation of tasks. According to Gartner, AI is forcing organizations to rethink their business models, their operational structures and even their sources of income.
The consulting firm has carried out a recent study which shows that 80% of CEOs consider that artificial intelligence will cause profound changes in the operational capabilities of their companies during the coming years. The study reflects a paradigm shift: companies are leaving behind simple digitalization to move towards “autonomous business” models, in which AI tools capable of learning, analyzing and making decisions will have an increasingly relevant role in business management.
In this context, ESSCA School of Management wants to offer future company managers the appropriate business management and AI tools applied to this environment to be able to advance in this migration process towards autonomous businesses.
“The international labor market is evolving at high speed and requires profiles capable of understanding both the fundamentals of the business and the real impact of technologies such as artificial intelligence or cybersecurity on business structures,” explains Stéphane Ruiz, director of the Malaga campus of ESSCA. “Today, companies need leaders capable of interpreting data, managing digital risks and making strategic decisions in highly technological international contexts,” he adds.
To cover this gap, ESSCA offers the Bachelor in International Management on its Malaga campus, an international program taught entirely in English that will begin next September.
“We have designed a program aligned with the new expectations of a generation that understands that management and technology can no longer advance separately,” says Ruiz. “The combination of international business, AI, data and cybersecurity represents a differential advantage to access highly in-demand professions and prepare to lead global organizations.”
