Kyocera Document Solutions Spain has taken a firm step in its commitment to digitalization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with the launch of Smart Office Cloud, a new cloud services suite designed to simplify document management and eliminate technological barriers. This integral solution, based on a SAAS model, is designed so that SMEs can digitize their processes without the need for local infrastructure or initial investments.

With a modular and scalable approach, Smart Office Cloud brings together all the necessary tools to capture, store, manage, print and share documents from any device and place. In this context, the recent launch of the Taskalfa Mz7001 series, high capacity A3 multifunctional A3 designed to respond to the demands of a digitalized work environment.

Three services, a single platform

Smart Office Cloud integrates three main solutions:

  • Kyocera Cloud Capture (KCC): Scan documents directly from multifunction equipment to platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive.
  • Kyocera Cloud Information Manager (Kcim): It allows storing, organizing and accessing documents in a safe environment in the cloud.
  • Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan (KCPS): printing and remote scan from any location, without the need to be connected to the corporate network.

This integration allows to reduce the operational load of the IT area, eliminate costs associated with server software and facilitate much more agile and accessible document management.
